| 摘 要： | 目的 对钢凹值与炸药爆压关系式的适用范围进行修正 .方法 采用钢凹法测定不同炸药试样和不同鉴定块材料时的钢凹值 ,并通过计算炸药的理论爆压 ,对关系式中的参数进行适当修正 ,从而进一步扩展其适用范围 .结果 通过得到冲击阻抗 A值与炸药密度的关系 ,重新计算的炸药试样的爆压与理论爆压误差在 5 %以内 .结论 给出炸药的钢凹值与爆压的关系式中参数修正关系及其适用范围 .通过钢凹法试验测定炸药的钢凹值 ,可利用钢凹值与爆压的函数关系计算出爆压来定量表征炸药能量输出的大小

The Relation between Steel Dent Data andDetonation Pressure of Explosive Sample |

| Abstract: | Aim\ To study the scope of applications and the relation between the data measured from steel dent test and detonation pressure of explosives. Methods\ Through measuring steel dent data of explosive samples made of different materials and calculating theoretical detonation pressure, the parameter of the relation between steel dent data and detonation pressure are fitted. Results\ The deviation of corrected detonation pressure from theoretical one is less than 5%. Conclusion\ The scope of application of the emperical formula of the steel dent data and detonation pressure and their parameter are given. Through measuring steel dent data of explosive sample from steel dent test, the relational expression between the steel dent data and detonation pressure can be used to represent the energy output of explosive sample quantitatively. |
