65Mn钢制垫板薄壳淬火的试验研究

摘    要:采用薄壳淬火工艺对65Mn钢制垫板进行处理,可得到表层以孪晶马氏体为主,过渡层出现马氏体、残余奥氏体、贝氏体和细珠光体复合组织,靠近心部为少量贝氏体、细珠光体、珠光体加少量铁素体,而心部为细珠光体、珠光体加铁素体的组织,使表面强度与中心韧性得以良好配合.薄壳淬火的强化主要是马氏体强化.

Abstract:Form board made of 65Mn steel after shell-hardening, the structures of martensite in the surface layer and perlite and ferrite in the core are obtained. This structural morphology makes good matching of the high strength in the surface layer and the fine toughness in the core. The strengthening effect of shell-hardening mainly results from martensitic strengthening.
