弧焊变压器的优化设计

摘    要:对动铁分磁式弧焊变压器进行了优化设计。寿命经济变压器的数学模型同时考虑了变压器的成本和效率,在整个寿命周期内消耗的社会财富最少。采用了混合罚函数法、混合离散变量法和改进正交优化法进行优化计算,结果表明,寿命经济变压器的功率因数十分重要;设计工作中应遵循一些原则。讨论了三种优化方法的优缺点。最后展望了弧焊变压器优化设计的前景。

Abstract:Optimum design of movable core shunting arc welding transformer is carried out in the present paper. A mathematics model of Economical through life transformer, considering both product cost and operating losses, is established. Mixed penalty function method,mixed discrete continuous variables method and improved orthogonal method are employed to conduct the optimization calculations. Results show that the power factor is quite important in an Economical through Life transformer, and that some principles must be followed in the design work. Also discussed are the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods.In the end, the prospect of optimum design of welding transformer is reviewed.
