LSM法制备TiB2/Al复合材料净化的研究

摘    要:采用X射线衍射仪、图像分析仪和光学显微镜,分析LSM法制备TiB2/Al复合材料的相组成,考察了净化方式对TiB2/Al复合材料的影响.结果表明:熔剂法精炼对TiB2/Al复合材料中TiB2颗粒的分布无明显影响,精炼后TiB2含量基本保持不变,而浮游法精炼则有显著影响,精炼后未检测到TiB2颗粒.普通铝合金的浮游法精炼工艺不适于复合材料的精炼.

Abstract:The TiB 2/Al composite was fabricated by LSM method, the phase analysis of the composite was carried out by means of XRD, image analysis and Optic Microscope. The effect of purification method on TiB 2/Al composite was examined. The results show that flux refinement processes has no significant effect on the distribution of TiB 2 in TiB 2/Al composite, and the content of TiB 2 particulates remains the same after refined. however, inert gas refinement processing has a significant effect, TiB 2 particulates has been not examined.Inert gas refinement processes which are adapted for conventional aluminum alloys are not suitable for the composites.
