摘    要:对超高分子量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)材料进行了单向拉伸的热红外辐射探测实验 ,分析了在 5mm min、5 0mm min、1 0 0mm min、5 0 0mm min 4种加载速度下的UHMWPE材料应力与应变、平均红外辐射温度与应变、平均红外辐射温度与机械功之间的定性关系。实验结果表明 :平均红外辐射温度变化与应变和加载速度正相关。在拉伸的初始阶段 ,UHMWPE材料的红外辐射温度先降后升 ;拉伸至断裂过程中 ,UHMWPE材料的平均红外辐射温度随机械功增加而增加

Abstract:Thermal infrared radiation (TIR) detection tests of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) were conducted subjected to uniaxial tension at four kinds of loading speed, 5 mm/min, 50 mm/min, 100 mm/min and 500mm/min. The relationships were analyzed between tensile stress and strain, average infrared temperature (AIRT) and strain, and AIRT and mechanical work. The testing results showes that, AIRT depended on the tensile strain and the tension speed positively. At the initial stage of tension, the AIRT of UHMWPE specimens decreased at first, and then increased. The AIRT increased with mechanical work until break.
