摘    要:运用电阻法测试原理,设计同心环辐射分布的电路和仪器参数,研制各测量点为环芯电极式的织物导湿性能测试仪,用于模拟汗液在织物表面的传导过程,并对涤/棉、纯棉和亚麻织物进行实际测量。试验结果表明,该仪器可获得织物面内多方向的如导湿速率、导湿扩散面积等精准结果,并在此基础上提出织物湿传递性能综合评价方法,为织物导湿性能的客观检测与评定提供一种精准、快速、有效的方法。

Characterization of fabric moisture properties based on ring-core electrodes in concentric with radiating line distributions
Abstract:By using resistance testing theory, the circuit and instrument parameters of concentric rings with radial distribution were designed, and fabric moisture transfer tester with ring-core electrodes in every measuring points was developed, which could simulate sweat transmission process on fabric surface, and actual conduct measurements for polyester/cotton, cotton and linen fabrics were done. The experi-mental results showed that fabric moisture transmitting indexes in multiple directions, such as moisture wicking rate and moisture transmitting area could be obtained, and based on these, the grade classifi-cation of fabric moisture transfer performance was proposed, which could provide an accurate, fast and effective method for detecting fabric moisture transmitting performance.
