摘    要:试验将水解酸化和膜生物反应器结合,对山梨酸废水进行处理研究,水解酸化过程可使BOD/COD比值明显提高。当进水COD为1 500~2 500 mg/L,出水COD达50~110 mg/L;COD去除率在95%以上,膜截留去除的COD约占10%。NH4—N去除率在90%左右。达到出水要求。

Abstract:The hydrolysis acidification and membrane bio -reactor combined together was used to treat potassium sorbic acid wastewater. The ratio of BOD/COD was increased obviously after the hydrolysis acidification processes. The inlet COD level was 1 500 - 2 500 mg/L, in the effluent of the reactor it dropped down to 50 - 110 mg/L. The removal rate of COD was more than 95% ,and about 10 % of COD was caught by membrane. The removal rate of NH4-N was about 90 %, which verified the feasi- bility of hydrolysis acidification and membrane bio - reactor treating potassium wastewater.
