蛇形管式高压加热器在大型火电机组中的应用

摘    要:随着机组容量增大,加热器的设计参数也在不断地提高,传统U形管式高压加热器的设计难度越来越大,而蛇形管式高压加热器,有着良好的热弹性及失效率较低的特点,能更好地满足当前辅机设备高参数的设计需求.在大型机组中推广采用蛇形管式加热器结构,为提高加热器的可靠性,提供了新的设计思路.

Abstract:With the increase of unit volume, the design parameter of HP increases as well. As a result, the design of traditional U-tube type HP becomes more and more difficult. Meanwhile, snake-tube type HP with better thermo elasticity and low failure rate can meet the requirement of the high-demand parameter of current auxiliaries. The promotion of snake-tube type heater in large-scale units will make heaters more reliable, which provides a new design method.
