摘    要:通过分析AP1000一体化堆顶三脚架组件的制造过程和检测要求,研究了核电产品在磁粉检测过程中需要考虑的结构特点和技术要素.依据研究结果,计算确定了检测设备的工作参数并制定了工艺方案.通过各方配合,完成了设备的制造和调试工作,并将该项技术应用于施工实践中,为AP1000设备制造工作的顺利开展提供了必要条件.

Abstract:Through analysis of the manufacture process and the testing requirements of AP1000 IHP lift rig tripod, the structural features and technical factors during magnetic testing process of nuclear power products have been studied. Based on the results, the operational parameters for the testing equipment and process plan have been made Through cooperation of all sides, manufacturing and commissioning of the equipment have been completed, and the technology has been applied in practice, which provides necesary conditions for the smooth manufacturing of AP1000 equipment.
