摘    要:比较了气相法和液相法聚丙烯(PP)工艺的特点,在评价了2种工艺技术的物耗、能耗、产品牌号和废物排放以及技术经济指标的基础上,为北京燕山石油化工有限公司的PP装置选择经济上合理的生产技术提出了建议。

Abstract:The process features of gas phase polymerization and liquid phase polymerization were compared in order to choose an economically reasonable technology with capacity of 200 kt/a for the PP plant in BYPC. A suggestion was presented based on the evaluation of the consumption of materials and energy, product grades and waste treatment in these two technologies as well as the relative tech - economic analysis.
