软件项目管理改进模型及其应用研究

摘    要:常规的软件项目管理模型是一个闭环的控制系统,是由管理维和技术维组成的一个二维结构模型,最大的缺陷是缺乏与外部的沟通.提出一个立体三维结构的软件项目管理改进模型,即把更多的称为"专家服务支持"的外部资源统一整合成为项目管理模型的第三维,称之为"专家维".改进的模型增强了软件项目管理对外部资源的吸纳能力,提高了软件项目管理的适应性.为检验该模型的功效,在公路收费联网系统项目中使用了该模型,验证了该模型良好的功效.

Abstract:The conventional project management model is a closed loop control system. It is a two-dimensional model which consists of management dimension and technology dimension. The model lacks communication with outside. An improved three-dimensional software project management model is presented. Outside resources of project are integrated into the third dimension which is called expert dimension. The improved three-dimensional model strengthens the ability of absorbing outside resources. The model is applied to a highway toll system, and it is verified that the model is effective.
