摘    要:简要介绍了安徽卫星地球站高标清同播频道本地上星后,基于IP的监测系统架构、设备组成、运行流程、技术特点和应用情况,该系统包括信号分析模块、状态采集和命令接口模块、环境参数采集模块等,以分布式模块构架为主体,通过网络将模块关于信号状态、设备状态、环境参数经分析处理得出的结果,发送给数据处理服务器.服务器收到分析结果后,进行综合的报警、记录、提示和其他处理.并根据系统中信号与设备的连接关系,以及相关的环境条件,进行故障判断、报警提醒、应急策略的判断、给出相应报警提示.

Abstract:The high/standard definition broadcast have been transmitted to the satellite on Anhui Satellite Earth Station, the surveillance system architecture, equipment components, running processes, technical features and applications based on IP were described in this paper. The system consists of modules are as follows: signal analysis module, state acquisition and command interface module, and other environmental parameters acquisition module. The main module is the distributed architecture, the results obtained by signal state, device state, environmental parameters, transmission to the data processing server through the network. The server received the results and had a comprehensive alarm, record, tips and other processing. Server do fault diagnosis, alarm reminders, judgment emergency strategy, given the appropriate alarm, according to the related environmental conditions and the connection between the signal system with equipment.
