攀钢一高炉空料线降料面停炉操作实践

摘    要:对攀钢一高炉空料线降料面停炉的经验进行了总结。通过停炉前大量细致的前期准备工作及在空料线降料面过程中对各项操作参数合理控制,使炉顶煤气温度和煤气成分控制在安全范围内,利用煤气成分判断料面位置,停炉过程中无大的爆震,实现了安全、快速降料面停炉。

Abstract:This thesis has summarized the experience of dropping stockline and blowing - out in No. 1 BF of pansteel. By a large number of detailed preparatory work before blowing - out the furnace and dur- ing the course of the reasonable control of the operating parameters in the dropping stockline, controlling the top gas temperature and gas composition within a safety range. Using the gas composition judgment on charge level location, there is no big detonation during blowing - out of the furnace process. The secure, fast dropping stockline and blowing -out have been achieved.
