节能型乙苯脱氢催化剂的开发及其性能评价

摘    要:在GS-11乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯催化剂基础上通过增加铈含量、引入选择性调变剂和优化孔结构,开发了节能型催化剂。在负压绝热评价装置上,乙苯空速0.5 h-1、一反/二反入口温度615℃/620℃、水油质量比1.15,二反出口压力-55 kPa条件下,乙苯转化率67.3%,苯乙烯选择性大于97.0%。催速老化实验结果表明,该催化剂的失活速率为-0.004 04%/h,优于最新引进催化剂和GS-11催化剂。

Abstract:The energy saving catalyst for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation towards styrene,which was based on GS-11 catalyst,was developed by increasing the content of CeO2,introducing selective assistant and optimizing pore structure.The evaluation results on a negative pressure adiabatic reactor show that ethylbenzene conversion was 67.3% and styrene selectivity was more than 97.0% under the operation conditions of inlet temperatures for the 1st and 2nd reactors:615 ℃ and 620 ℃,LHSV:0.5 h-1,outlet pressure for the 2nd reactor:-55 kPa,mass ratio of steam to ethylbenzene:1.15.The results of accelerated aging test indicate that the deactivation rate of the catalyst was-0.004 04%/h,which was better than that of the newest imported catalyst and GS-11 catalyst.
