基于LabVIEW的六维加速度传感器测量系统设计

摘    要:设计了基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术平台的六维加速度传感器软件测量系统。该系统能够根据具体测量要求对压电陶瓷输出的实时电荷量实现自动采集,并对其进行滤波处理及信号频域特性分析,通过嵌入MathScript Node对传感器检测到的六维加速度进行解耦运算。通过LabVIEW软件中自带的3D图形模块实时显示传感器外壳的位置和姿态,以实现虚拟现实功能。

Design of A Six-axis Acceleration Sensor Testing System Based on LabVIEW
Abstract:A software testing system of six-axis acceleration sensor was designed based on the LabVIEW. In this system, electric charge generated by piezoelectric ceramic was automatically collected according to specific requirement. Then the signal was processed through filtering circuit and frequency domain feature analysis. In the MathScript Node, some functions were used to work out decoupling function of the six-axis acceleration detected by the sensor. Moreover, the position and posture of the sensor was real-time displayed by the LabVIEW 3D graph VI to realize the virtual reality.
