液压提升系统多级网络通信实时性研究

摘    要:针对液压提升系统中出现网络时延、引起系统不稳定,从理论上分析了网络控制系统的多级网络时延模型。根据模型设计并搭建系统多级网络测试平台,在线测试了各级网络时延。根据测试数据分析系统中RS485总线和两级CAN总线的网络时延特性,并给出系统性能改进方案。测试结果表明,该方案能够满足此系统实时性要求。该文的研究内容为进一步有效地实施多级网络控制提供了指导依据。

Study of the Real-time of Multi-level Network Communication in Hydraulic Lifting System
Abstract:Owing to the problem of the network-induced system, the multi-level network-induced delay in networked c delay and arousing system ontrol systems is analyzed unstable in hydraulic lifting in theory. According to the experimental platform based on the model, the network-induced delay at all levels is online examined. The network-nduced delay characteristics on RS485 bus and dual CAN bus of the control system is also analyzed, simultaneously the improvement plan on system performance is proposed. Test results show that the scheme can meet this system in realtime. The research content of this paper provides guidance for further effectively implementing multi-level network control.
