石墨种类对烧结钢性能的影响

摘    要:本文研究了不同种类石墨对烧结钢件性能的影响,分析了钢件尺寸力学性能随烧结温度升高的变化规律,考察了一种高品质的初生合成石墨的作用。结果表明:TIMREX石墨F10组烧结件中的化合碳比天然石墨组的多,且F10含灰份及水分含量低,从而用量更易控制,使钢件精度增高;F10组石墨有很好的扩散性、反应性及稳定性,有助于密度不同的工件减少尺寸及外形波动,提高了制品的强度及稳定性。

Abstract:The effect of graphite type on the properties of sintered steel parts was studied.The change of mechanical properties of steel parts with sintering temperature and the role of a high quality primary synthetic graphite were investigated.The results show,that the combined carbon is higher in sintered steel parts with TIMREX F10 graphite than that in sintered steel parts with the natural flake graphite.F10 contents less ash and moisture, thus the graphite consumption can be controlled more easily to tighten the size tolerance of sintered parts. F10 graphite has good diffusibility,reactivity and stability,is suitable for high strength steel parts of high size and shape stability.
