摘    要:本文从分析精密机械陀螺的结构出发,采用了一种简便的动态模型描述陀螺的热漂移,并提出了对这类模型的一种分段解法。经实验数据计算表明,用这种模型进行热补偿,在4min内即能使陀螺热漂移的峰值减小了80~90%,从而为缩短系统的对准时间提供了一种有效的工程方法。

Abstract:In order to shorten the alignment time of INS (inertial navigation system),it is necessary to reduce the gyro thermal drift ratio. To the authors' bestknowledge, no paper on this subject has been reported in the open literature. In order to reduce the thermal drift rate in aeronautical dynamically tunedgyroes,. the authors, after making a careful study of research trends in foreigncountries, adopt a thermal drift model which is established on the principles ofheat conduction. With the model adopted, the authors employ a segmentationnumerical method and a real time segmentation compensation method for therm-al drift. A gyro of a certain platform was tested ten times and the test data obta-ined were processed. The results show that the peak value of thermal drift canbe reduced to one tenth in four minutes by using the authors' compensationmethod. Although the results are only preliminary, the authors believe that solarge a reduction in so short a time is indeed ramarkable. The authors' compensation method is primarily intended for INS withrelatively non-stringent requirements. Further improvements are necessary be-fore a good engineering method can be suggested for shortening the alignmenttime fot INS with relativety stringent requirements.
