Pt/HM催化正戊烷异构化反应条件的探索

摘    要:采用微反-色谱联合装置,在反应压力下0.5~3.5MPa质量空速(WHSV)为0.5~2.5h^-1氢烃摩尔比(H2/nC5)的1-5反应温度250~290℃的条件下,考察了反应条件对Pt/HM催化剂性能的影响,用正交试验法确定了正戊烷异构化最佳反应条件,使正戊烷化率为71.85%反应选择性为96.07%,异戊烷收率为69.03%液收率97.53%,并对催化剂连续运行1000h,结果表明催化剂性能

Abstract:Using micro-chromatographic combination unit, under conditions of reaction pressure being 0.5-3.5Mpa, mass space velocity (WHSV) 0.5-2.5h-1, hydrogen/hydrocarbon mole ratio (H2/nC5) 1 -5, reaction temperature 250-290oC, the effectiveness of reaction conditions to the property of Pt/HM catalyst was investigated. The premium reaction conditions of n-pentane isomerization are determined with orthogonal test, making the percent conversion of n-pentane to 71.85%, reaction selectivity to 96.07%, i-pentane yield to 69. 03% and liquid yield to 97.53%. The catalyst is continuously running for 1,000h, result shows that the catalyst property is stable.
