| 摘 要： | 本文报道了用千瓦级NdYAG脉冲激光器在球铁QY600表面重熔的工艺参数探索中采用正交实验设计的方法,可以迅速有效地获得最佳激光加工工艺参数,为激光加工技术在工业生产中的应用提供了一个有效的方法.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the orthorfhombic design in the laser surface remelting for nodular cast iron QT600 with a pulsed 1kW Nd:YAG laser is reported. The results show, that by means of the way of the orthorbombic design in the optimum technologocal parameters for the laser remelting can be obtained quickly and effectively. This supply the laser process industry with a good method. |
