高钙粉煤灰的安定性特征与改性技术研究

摘    要:显微图象及粉体颗粒粒径分布分析显示,高钙灰的颗粒分布呈不均质性;XRD分析发现其中存在托贝莫来石和C3S等活性矿物;F-CAO较多存在于大颗粒中,将其磨细后F-CAO减少;采用工业废石灰、煅烧磷及无机盐激发剂,加上短时粉磨处理以激发高钙灰,可显著改善其安定性,活性指标可达到S95矿渣粉水平。

Abstract:Analyze of micrograph and particle diameter distribution present that particle diameter of high-calcium fly ash distributes unequally.XRD analysis shows that there are actire minerals such as Tobermorite and C_3S.Tile results show that more f-CaO exists in big particle,and the content of f-CaO would fall by grinding.If industry wastes lime,calcined gypsum and sulfate are grinded with the high-calcium fly ash,activity increases,soundness improves,and activity index can meets the demand for S95slag.
