回转容器内模拟散体流动

摘    要:散体在回转容器内的流动普遍见于各种工业过程之中,本文模拟回转容器内散体的流动以探寻该过程的内在规律,分析散体流变的特性,建立回转圆筒内的数学模型,用CFX在转筒转速分别为2 r/min,3 r/min,4 r/min,5 r/min,10 r/min,25 r/min,50 r/min和100 r/min的条件下,模拟回转圆筒内散体的流动。模拟结果,当转筒转速<25 r/min时,散体呈滚动状态,当转筒转速升到25 r/min时,呈小瀑布流状态,当转筒转速升到50 r/min时,达到大瀑布流状态,当转筒转速继续升到100 r/min时,转简内散体呈典型的环流状态,该结果与文献结果相同,此外,模拟结果还显示,回转圆筒内散体在滚动流动状态下,流动区的厚度还会随转筒转速的增加而增大。模拟结果表明模型反映散体流动的状况比较客观,因而可为模拟回转圆筒内散体的流动相关的过程提供指导。
