八钢120t转炉负能炼钢实践

摘    要:论述了宝钢集团八钢公司为实现3座120 t转炉的负能炼钢采取的措施:在转炉煤气回收方面将煤气回收条件中的含氧量标准由〈2%提高到〈0.9%;操作上严格煤气回收的降罩操作制度,并根据转炉装入量及供氧强度的变化,调整转炉煤气回收的时间;对煤气分析仪控制主程序进行优化,以提前该分析仪的开始工作时间;在余热蒸汽回收方面结合余热锅炉水质的变化趋势,控制系统的排污及补水,对新投入的余热锅炉,提前做好新系统的热管及逐步升压工作。并根据八钢公司的现状提出了今后转炉负能炼钢的工作方向。

Abstract:This paper discusses the measures taken by Bayi Iron & Steel Corporation(Baosteel Group) in order to realize its three 120 t converters' negative energy steelmaking.These measures involve the following aspects.In converter gas recovery,the oxygen content standard has been changed from O2<2% to O2<0.9%.In gas recovery operation,the cover drop system must be followed strictly and the gas recovery time must be adjusted according to the changes in charging amount of converters and intensity of supplying oxygen....
