| 摘 要： | 学校教育不仅要重视人的智力和体力的发展,而且更要重视人的品德和世界观的发展,教育促进学生“成才”和“成人”。辅导员既要帮助学生“成才”,更要辅导学生“成人”——成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的“四有”新人。介绍了在辅导员工作中的一些做法。

| Abstract: | School education should not only focus on the development of intelligence and physical strength, but also focus on the development of moral character and world outlook. Counselors should help students become knowledgeable persons, and the more important, students should become fully developed persons, namely, new generation of people with lofty ideals, moral integrity, good education and a strong sense of discipline. |
