大面积高性能钛/钢复合板爆炸复合仿真研究

摘    要:采用非线性动力有限元法建立了大面积钛/钢复合板爆炸复合的有限元模型,实现了对复板运动过程的三维有限元模拟。通过实验对比了不同间隙条件下复板运动过程的竖直方向位移来优化爆炸焊接工艺参数。研究表明,当间隙高度为6 mm时,复合板结合率最高;爆炸复合后成品波形规则,性能满足标准要求。

Abstract:The explosion welding of Ti/Steel clad plate was simulated by finite element model which was set up with nonlinear dynamic finite element method.The parameters of explosive welding were optimized by comparing the vertical displacement at different interval in the movement of clad plate.The results show that when the interval is 6 mm,the bonding rate of clad plate reaches the most.After explosion welding,the wave shape of the product is regular,which can meet the standard requirement.
