离子渗氮对H13钢高温摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘    要:首先对H13钢的等离子渗氮工艺进行优化,然后使用优化后的工艺处理H13模具钢,并对其进行高温摩擦磨损试验,研究了等离子渗氮对摩擦规律的影响,对磨损后的显微形貌进行了观察分析,对其磨损机理进行了探讨。结果显示:离子渗氮可以大幅度改善挤压模具钢的高温耐磨性。

Abstract:Plasma nitriding process of H13 die steel was optimized,then the steel was treated using the optimized process.The friction and wear test of the steel at high-temperature was carried out.The effects of plasma nitriding on the wear resistance of H13 steel were studied,and the wear morphologies were observed and analyzed.The wear mechanism was discussed.The results show that the plasma nitriding can improve the wear resistance of H13 die steel at high-temperature.
