摘    要:针对LF21铝合金TIG焊接易产生气孔和热裂纹等特点,引入与焊枪同轴的直流外加纵向磁场对LF21铝合金TIG焊接过程进行控制。以外加恒定直流纵向磁场TIG焊为研究对象,通过采用金相分析和硬度分析的方法,研究了纵向磁场TIG焊接LF21铝合金焊缝组织发生变化的规律和原因。结果表明:在适当的磁场强度作用下,焊缝宏观形貌成形美观;焊缝组织获得最佳的细化效果;焊缝中心硬度值大于无磁场强度时的硬度值,并接近于母材硬度值。
