不同冷却方式下NaF变质对Al-Si合金组织及耐磨性的影响

摘    要:利用金相显微镜和磨擦磨损试验机研究了NaF对铝硅合金ZL107的变质效果,并且通过空冷和水淬两种冷却方式研究冷却速度对变质效果的影响,对变质前后ZL107的合金耐磨性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,冷却方式对NaF的变质效果有一定影响;变质后合金的耐磨性能提高。

Abstract:The effect of NaF content and cooling rate on modification and wear-resistance of ZL107 alloy was studied by metallurgical microscope and wear test.The results show that the cooling rate has some effects on the modification;the wear-resistance of the alloy improves after modification.
