| 摘 要： | 班级企业化管理是根据高职院校人才培养目标与学生自身特点,将优秀企业文化元素有机地引入到班级管理的全过程中,在促进班级管理规范化和有效化的同时,进一步提升学生的职业素养。班级企业化管理的实施路径主要有五个方面,即营造班级企业化管理氛围、打造班级企业化管理课堂、设立班级企业化管理机构、建立目标管理体系、开展班级企业化管理活动等。

| Abstract: | The classes＇ enterprise-style management, which is based on the education goal and students＇ own characteristics of higher vo- cational colleges, may bring the excellent enterprise elements into classroom management. This not only can promote the stand- ardization and effectiveness of class management, but. also can improve students＇ professional quality. Classes＇ enterprise-style management has fwe aspects, including creating the enterprise-style management atmosphere, offering enterprise-style manage- ment lessons, setting up enterprise-style management institutes, .establishing the objective management system and launching classes＇ enterprise-style management activities. |
