德国职业教育课程标准开发的研究

摘    要:德国的职业教育在国际舞台有着较高的知名度,其项目教学法是我国职业教育学习的典范。德国"双元制"职业教育模式下基于项目教学的课程标准构成体系充分体现了以学生为中心的设计理念和校企合作培养的重要性。基于项目问题的课程标准开发过程表现了政、企、校、协会四方对专业人才技能培养的严谨和重视程度。通过对德国课程标准开发的研究,以期给我国的职业教育提供课程标准开发的参考经验,以推动我国高水平技能应用型人才的培养。

Abstract:Vocational education in Germany has a higher popularity on the international stage. Its project teaching method is a model of vocational education in China. The constitution of curriculum standards, which are based on project teaching in German "dual system", reflects the student-centered idea and the importance of college-enterprise cooperation. The development process of curricukma standards shows the emphasis to train talents' professional skills by governments, enterprises, colleges and associations. This paper investigates the curriculum standards development of vocational education in Germany, so that to provide a reference for our country's curriculum standards development and promote the cultivation of applied talents with advanced skills.
