摘    要:温升是设计变压器时需控制的一项重要性能参数,同时也是考核变压器寿命的一项关键性指标。因此,准确地计算出温升对变压器运行的可靠性及生产成本的经济性都有重要的作用。笔者应用Fluent软件计算了自然油循环电力变压器的温度场,将仿真结果与解析结果进行了对比,在此基础上分析了水平油道高度、导向区数、发热中心与散热中心高度之比、负载系数对绕组平均温升和热点温升的影响,并给出了在设计时应综合考虑导向区数和安装散热器时在条件允许的情况下应尽可能的安装在比较高的位置以降低绕组的热点温升与平均温升的结论。

Abstract:Temperature-rise is an important performance parameter in design of transformer,and is also the key index in examining transformer life.To accurately obtain temperature-rise of a transformer,temperature field of a natural oil circulation power transformer is calculated by CFD software FLUENT in this paper.Simulation results and analytical calculation results are compared.Then the influences of horizontal duct height,number of discs, ratio of heat center to thermal center heigh,and load coefficient on the winding's average temperature-rise and hot-point temperature-rise are analyzed.Conclusion is drawn that in design of this kind of transformer,number of discs ought to be considered comprehensively,and radiator ought to be arranged at higher position to reduce the average temperature-rise and hot-point temperature-rise of winding.
