多重雷击引起220kV断路器损坏的事故分析

摘    要:针对220 kV线路雷击故障时雷电波侵入220 kV变电站内,引起220 kV断路器断口绝缘击穿,导致断路器内部损坏,建议开展110、220 kV SF_6断路器雷电冲击、反极性工频联合电压试验,并在强雷地区变电站110、220 kV架空出线侧加装避雷器保护。这些线路避雷器除了能防止断口内外闪络,也可以保护母线上的其他电气设备,显著地减少雷击的危害。

Abstract:When a 220 kV transmission line is struck by lightning,lightning waves intrude into 220 kV substation to break down the insulation of 220 kV circuit breaker.Therefore,we suggest to conduct the combined test of lightning impulse voltage and anti-polarity power frequency voltage for 110 kV and 220 kV SF_6 circuit breakers, and equipped the substations in strong lightning area with lightning arresters on outlet terminals of 110 kV and 220 kV overhead transmission lines.These lightning arresters can prevent internal and external flashover at fracture,and can protect other electrical equipments on the bus to significantly reduce the danger of lightning.
