高精度超声波界面计的原理和精度分析

摘    要:精确测量液体间分界面的高度对许多工业生产具有重要意义。介绍了高精度超声波油水界面计的原理,即利用声波在不同液体中的声速不同测量液位的高度,并介绍了测试方法及优点,通过实例对其测量精度进行了分析。分析表明其精度优于2mm。

Abstract:The precise measurement of the position of interface between two different liquids is very important in many industrial production processes. The principle and measuring method of high - accuracy ultrasonic oil - water interface meter is introduced, its accuracy and advantage is analyzed via an example. The result shows that the accuracy is better then 2 mm.
