硫代硫酸盐浸银过程中氧化剂的作用机理分析

摘    要:硫代硫酸盐浸出法是一种具有前景的无氰浸出方法,它与常规氰化法相比具有浸出时间短、浸出率高、低毒环保等优点。基于硫代硫酸盐的化学性质论述了硫代硫酸盐浸银过程中氧化剂Cu2+、Cu(NH342+和O2的氧化作用是决定浸出率和试剂消耗率的关键因素。

Abstract:Thiosulfate leaching is a promising non-cyanide leaching method in comparison with the conventional cyanide leaching method, because of its short extraction time, high extraction rate, low toxicity, environmental protection, etc. Based on the chemical properties of the thiosulfate, this paper discusses the oxidation effect of cupric ion, cupric-tetra ammine and oxygen, which is the key factor for the leaching rate and reagent consumption in the leaching process of silver using thiosulfate.
