| Abstract: | The quality control methods and effects to the key production process are introduced, which is based on pratical technology, combined with 50 MW CFB boiler water wall as an example. The quality control methods are described which consists of meterial preparation, welding and quality inspection which includes tube bending, fit up , hydro- test and ball passing inspection. |
