半连轧机组生产球扁钢孔型设计实践

摘    要:结合球扁钢的断面特点、球扁钢轧制变形规律的分析以及多年异型钢生产实践,开发出了一套适合半连轧机组上生产球扁钢的弯腰闭式轧法孔型系统,解决了球扁钢孔型设计在半连轧线生产的技术难题;同时采用了行业内最先进的“连续式电感应加热”方法,解决了特用钢加热不均、氧化控制困难的瓶颈;生产的球扁钢产品质量水平较高,满足国家一些重点型号船舶建设的需要。

Abstract:According to the fracture surface characteristics of the bulb flat steel, a bend- closed rolling pass system which was suitable for producing bulb flat steel in semi- continuous rolling mills was developed based on the analysis of its rolling deformation rule and the production practice of special- shaped steel for many years, which made the breakthrough to solve the technical problems of roll- pass design on bulb flat steel produced in semi- continuous rolling mills. Meantime, the advanced "Continuous Induction Heating" method employed in the industry solved the bottleneck problem of the uneven heating and oxidization control of special steels. The quality of bulb flat steel reached the domestic leading level and met the demands of some key ships in the country.
