Through the establishment of the production schedule, the optimization of process routes and product dedicated production, and the help of ladle management system and MES system for steelmaking production organization etc, various works were focused on the cost decreasing and benefit increasing to ensure the stable operation of the production line of high quality, high efficiency and low cost.
