主成分散点图分析在烤烟新品种评价中的应用

为了挖掘适应昆明地区生态环境的优质烤烟新品种，选择云南省自育，美国、巴西引进和中美合育的16个烤烟新品种的农艺、经济、抗病性、化学成分、外观质量和感官质量等15个性状进行分析，采用主成分分析结合散点图法对参试烤烟新品种进行综合评价。以89.014%的性状累积方差贡献率为标准，确认了5个代表烤烟新品种综合质量的主成分，经过演算得出参试烤烟新品种的主要主成分综合得分，并采用散点图对烤烟新品种进行综合评价。结果表明，PVH2310、AOV405、NCT13、云烟117的综合评价得分较高，且优于对照K326和云烟87，其综合评价结果与区域适应性试验中的表现一致。这4个烤烟新品种可以作为昆明地区烤烟的备选新品种进行大面积推广。

Application of Principal Scatter Diagram Analysis in Evaluation of New Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties

In order to identify new flue-cured tobacco variety suitable for the ecological environment in Kunming region, 15 traits including agronomic, economic, disease resistance, chemical components, appearance quality and sensory quality of 16 new varieties of flue-cured tobacco from Yunnan, the United States and Brazil were selected, and the main component analysis combined with the scatter plot method was used to evaluate the new flue cured tobacco. Based on the cumulative variance contribution rate of 89.014%, 5 main components representing the comprehensive quality of the new varieties of flue-cured tobacco were identified, and the main composition of the main components of the new varieties was obtained by the calculation, and then the new varieties were evaluated by the scatter plot. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation scores of PVH2310, AOV405, NCT13 and Yunyan 117 were higher than that of the control K326 and Yunyan 87, and their comprehensive evaluation results were consistent with the performance in the regional adaptability test. These 4 new varieties of flue-cured tobacco can be widely promoted in Kunming region.
