焦粉粒度分布对铁矿石烧结指标的影响

摘    要:焦粉粒度对烧结生产指标具有重要的影响。通过烧结杯试验开展焦粉粒度最佳组成的试验研究。结果表明,焦粉粒度从小于1 mm增加到5~8 mm时,烧结矿强度、烧结利用系数、固体燃耗、产量、垂直烧结速度及粒度分布均变差;烧结生产所使用的焦粉粒度组成可根据生产目标进行调整,当要求烧结矿转鼓强度达到最高值时,焦粉的粒度分布应当是57.20%的小于1 mm、25.63%的1~3 mm、11.17%的3~5 mm和6.00%的5~8 mm。当焦粉由鞍钢实际生产的粒度分布调整为最佳粒度分布时,烧结原料矿化过程合理,烧结矿转鼓强度增加1.48%,产量增加1.73%,10~40 mm的烧结矿增加2.16%,固体燃耗降低0.69 kg/t,冶金性能指标明显改善。研究结果对烧结生产中合理控制焦粉粒度分布具有一定的理论指导作用。

Abstract:The size distribution of coke breeze plays an important role in achieving proper sintering process. Therefore, the effects of size distribution of coke breeze on sinter indices were investigated by means of sintering pot test. Experimental results showed that when the size range of coke breeze used in the sinter pot test increased from "<1 mm" to "5- 8 mm", almost all of the sintering indices became worse, including tumble strength, productivity, fuel consumption, production yield, sintering rate, and size composition. The size distribution of coke breeze should be adjusted according to the different production strategies. Aimed at sintering with the maximum tumble strength, the size distribution of coke breeze should be 57.20% of "<1 mm", 25.63% of 1- 3 mm, 11.17% of 3- 5 mm, and 6.00% of 5- 8 mm. When the size distribution of coke breeze was adjusted from the actual used to the optimum, the ore sintering process became reasonable. At the same time, the tumble strength of the sinter was increased 1.48%, the production yield was increased 1.73%, the percentage of size composition between 10 to 40 mm was increased 2.16%, the fuel consumption was decreased 0.69 kg/t and the metallurgical property was improved. The results could provide a scientific guideline on reasonably utilization of fuel resource in actual sinter process.
