高炉护炉用含钛物料应用现状及调研分析

摘    要:对国内10家钢铁企业护炉所用的含钛物料进行了调研,研究了不同高炉所用含钛物料的实际情况,分析了不同含钛物料的特性并对其进行评价。调研表明,国内高炉所用含钛物料种类较多,主要为含钛球团矿和块矿,含钛物料的化学成分和采用的运输方式差异较大,主要运输工具为汽车和火车。通过对含钛物料性能和经济指标的分析,得到不同含钛物料的优劣顺序为含钛包芯线、含钛球团矿、含钛块矿、含钛烧结矿和含钛冷固结球团矿。含钛物料的加入方式分为上部加入和下部加入,上部加含钛球团矿、下部使用含钛炮泥的护炉效果较好。

Abstract:The present status of titanium- containing materials from ten steel enterprises in China were investigated. The conditions of the titanium- containing materials from different blast furnaces were introduced, and the properties of the materials were analyzed as well as their comprehensive properties. The results show that the titanium- containing pellet and titanium- containing lump were the main furnace protection materials, and the chemical compositions of titanium- containing materials were quite different. Train and vehicle were the main conveyances. Through the evaluation of the performance and economic indicators of titanium- containing materials, the preferential order of different titanium- containing materials was titanium- containing core wire, titanium- containing pellet, titanium- containing lump, titanium- containing sinter, and titanium- containing unfired pellets. The addition methods of titanium- containing materials were divided into upper addition and lower loading. It was concluded that the use of titanium- containing pellet with the upper addition and taphole clay containing titanium with the lower addition could achieve a better effect.
