| 摘 要： | 信息技术基础设施库（Information Technology Infrastructure Library, ITIL）是企业信息化管理过程中的基础设施，也是IT运维管理与服务过程中的重要组成部分。本文针对目前烟草商业企业在IT运维和管理过程中存在问题，提出采用基于ITIL的IT运维管理系统来规范化与流程化系统业务的思路，并结合实际业务需求设计和实现了一个基于ITIL的IT运维和管理服务系统，建立了完整的IT运维管理体系和机制，提升了烟草商业企业的运维服务能力与水平。

| Abstract: | Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is not only the infrastructure of enterprise information management process, but also an important part in the process of IT operation and maintenance management.In order to solve problems existing in the IT operation and management process of tobacco commercial enterprises, an uninterrupted management process of IT operation and maintenance management system was proposed.It was based on ITIL standard and process system of business, and combined with actual business needs.IT service and management platform was developed to maintain normal IT operation for business and to optimize IT service process and capability. |
