摘    要:涟钢2 250热轧板厂是国内设计制造的常规热轧生产线,只配置了一架粗轧机,粗轧工作辊相对于其他配置两架粗轧机的热轧线磨损要大。生产线为了降低辊耗和减少粗轧换辊次数,增加粗轧工作辊过钢量,运行一段时间后发现轧辊事故增多和精轧前机架出现明显中浪。通过对粗轧工作辊过钢量、磨损量和消耗量等数据进行处理和分析,摸索出三者之间的数学关系,根据其对粗轧工作辊过钢量进行规范后,轧辊事故同比减少了58.28%,精轧前机架出现浪形的现象明显减少,成功解决了粗轧工作辊消耗与产品质量、轧辊安全使用之间的矛盾。

Abstract:The 2 250 hot- rolled strip mill of Liansteel is a conventional hot- rolling production line designed and manufactured in China with only one roughing mill. The roughing work roll is more worn than the other hot- rolled strip mills with two roughing mills. In order to reduce the roll consumption and the frequency of roll change, the rolling weights of roughing work roll was increased, but it was found that there is an increase of roughing work roll accident and obvious center wave in the upstream stands of finishing mill after operating for some time. Through the data processing and analysis of rolling weights, roll wear and roll consumption of roughing work roll, the mathematical relationship between the three factors was explored. By regulating the rolling weights of roughing work roll, the roll accident reduced by 58.28% and the problem of the center wave appeared in the upstream stands of finishing mill obviously reduced. The contradiction between the roll consumption, product quality and roll safety was successfully solved.
