马钢含铁尘泥综合利用研究与实践

摘    要:钢铁行业是固体废弃物产生大户,一般每生产1 t钢约产生600 kg的固体废弃物,其中尘泥产生比例约占钢产量的5%~8%。一直以来,马钢非常重视固体废弃物的处理及综合利用,并将固体废弃物减量化、无害化和资源化作为内部生产管理的重要目标。介绍了马钢近年来在含铁尘泥方面开展的研究工作及综合利用实践,马钢在对含铁尘泥分类的基础上,建成了转炉OG泥管道输送返烧结资源化利用系统、低锌含铁尘泥强力混合造堆综合利用系统、转底炉及回转窑联合处理含锌尘泥系统,全部综合利用了内部产生的各种含铁尘泥,每年可相应减少约17.8万t的CO2排放量、降低30万t的新水消耗量,同时回收了大量的铁、锌、钙、镁等有价元素,在取得显著社会效益的同时,也获得了丰厚的经济回报。

Abstract:The iron and steel industry produces large quantities of solid waste. In general, producing 1 t of steel generates about 600 kg of solid waste, and the proportion of dust and mud accounts for about 5%- 8% of the steel output. For a long time, the treatment and comprehensive utilization of solid waste have been paid great attention in Masteel, and the reduction, harmless and resource utilization of solid waste is taken as the important goal of internal production management. The research work and comprehensive utilization practice of Fe- containing dust in Masteel in recent years are introduced. On the basis of the classification of Fe- containing dust, the resource utilization system for the transfer and return sintering of the converter BOF OG sludge pipe, the comprehensive utilization system for the low zinc Fe- containing dust strong mixing pile building, and the system for the treatment of zinc- bearing dust by the rotary hearth furnace and the rotary kiln are built in Masteel. The produced all kinds of Fe- containing dust are synthetically utilized. Each year, about 178 thousand tons of CO2 emissions and 300 thousand tons of new water consumption can be reduced. At the same time, a large number of valuable elements such as iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium have been recovered. While significant social benefits have been achieved, rich economic returns have been obtained.
