摘    要:系统地分析了5 500 m3高炉入炉风量与AV100- 17风机出口风量的特性关系。经过对高炉侧和风机侧多年运行数据的整理和筛选,综合考虑各种特殊情况,梳理出大量可靠的运行数据,通过对运行数据的统计分析得出了高炉侧风量、风压、富氧量、富氧率与风机侧冷风量、风压、放散量的变化关系趋势图。结合风机出厂前性能曲线与实际运行性能曲线的变化,指出了高炉富氧率的逐年提升对风机各工况点漂移、放散量增大的不利影响,针对分析的结果,从提高精准操作和节能改造等方面给出了系统解决问题的方案和方法。

Abstract:The characteristic relationship between the air volume of 5 500 m3 blast furnace and the air volume of AV100- 17 fan was analyzed. After the arrangement and screening of the operation data of the blast furnace side and blower side for many years, a large number of reliable operational data were sorted out by considering various special conditions. According to the statistical analysis of the operation data, the variations of the air volume, air pressure, oxygen content, oxygen enrichment rate for blast furnace with the air volume, air pressure and release volume for the blower were obtained. Combined with the change of the performance curve and the actual performance curve of the fan, it was pointed out that the increase of the oxygen ratio in the blast furnace had a negative effect on the drift and the increase of the dispersion. Aiming at the analysis result, this paper gives a solution and method to solve the problem from the aspects of improving the precision operation and energy saving transformation were put forward.
