快速制备纳米级金属氧化物的喷雾燃烧法

摘    要:由高压纯氧借高效雾化燃烧器将金属熔体进行雾化,并立即于燃烧室中直接氧化燃烧,可快速制得纳米级金属氧化物陶瓷粉体。应用该工艺不仅制备出了Bi2O3.SnO2和In2O3陶瓷粉未,同时在将Sn-In合金熔体进行喷雾燃烧时,获得了复合的SnO2/In2O3金属氧化物纳米粉体,粉体的平均粒径为20nm。制备1kg的金属氧化物粉未,仅需45~48s即可完成。

Abstract:The nanosize metal-oxide ceramic powders can be prepared rapidly by means of atomizing-combustion thchnique that the ultra-heated metal melt is atomized by atomizing-burner first through the medium of high-pressure oxygen,then the metal fog will burn up in the combustion chamber.Applying this technique not only Bi2O3,SnO2 and In2O3 ceramic powders have been prepared,but also composite SnO2 /In2O3 nanosize powders have been prepared too,when ultra-heated Sn-In alloy is atomizing-burned. The average diameter of the latter is about 20 nm. It can prepare 1 kg metal oxide powder in only 45-48 seconds.
