| 摘 要： | 通过对高技术企业和科研机构在技术创新过程中的职责和作用的阐述，着重分析了技术创新过程中高技术企业和科研机构的主要界面障碍和成因，提出了改善界面管理的几种新模式，即合作创新、动态联盟、高技术企业孵化器和科技园模式。

| Abstract: | Through the elaboration of the obligation and function in the process of technology innovation in hi tech enterprise and science research institution, the author focused on the analysis of the major interface obstructs and its causes in the process of technology innovation.Some new modes to improve the interface management were proposed: cooperation innovation mode; dynamic ally mode; hi tech industry incubator mode and science and hi tech garden mode. |
