摘    要:研究了果糖补料和真菌诱导对南方红豆杉细胞悬浮培养体系中细胞生长状态和紫杉烷合成的协同作用。结果表明果糖补料和真菌诱导子的协同作用引起细胞的生理状态发生改变 ,培养基碱化 ,细胞的生物量有一定程度的降低 ,而表征酶含量的蛋白质含量有明显的提高 ,酚类物质大量积累 ,目的产物紫杉醇 (Taxol)被大量合成 ,其产量在摇瓶和反应器体系中最高分别达到 81.0mg/L和 71.7mg/L。

Abstract:By feeding fructose and fungal elicitor at the same time to suspension cultures of Taxus chinesis var. mairei in the late exponential stage, cell growth status and taxane production were studied. The results show that synergistic effects of fructose feeding and fungal elicitor changed the cell physiological status, induced alkalinization of medium and decreased the cell biomass. The content of protein representing quantity of enzymes increased. Phenolics were largely accumulated. The taxol yields in shake flasks and stirred bioreactor reached 81.0 mg/L and 71.7 mg/L, respectively.
