摘    要:目前,在高炉卷扬控制系统中,已普遍采用交直交型通用变频器作为卷扬电机的传动控制部件。交直交通用变频器控制性能稳定、精度高、调试简单。交流电机维护工作量小、功率因数高、体积小。交流传动系统与直流传动系统相比具有其独特优点,但如果在具体应用中不按实际工况调整参数,将会使误报故障频繁发生,从而影响正常生产。

Abstract:At present, in the hoisting control system of blast furnace, AC-DC-AC general frequency converter has been widely used as the drive control units of hoisting motor. The frequency converter has characteristics of stable control performance, high control precision and simple debugging. AC motor has less maintenance, high power factor and small volume. Compared with DC drive system, AC drive system has unique merits, but the parameters are not adjusted in the specific application according to the actual working condition, it will frequently misstate the failure, and affect the normal production.
