摘    要:针对矿井提升机在工业电网和发电机组切换模式下使用的要求,提出了基于Siemens S120四象限变频器配置制动单元及制动电阻的一种提升机变频控制系统。分析了整个系统的切换逻辑、系统选型配置及系统实际使用情况。该控制系统不仅满足了矿井提升机在工业电网下充分节能降耗的要求,而且保证了系统在发电机组应急电源下的安全可靠能力,并在实践中得到了广泛应用,其应用前景十分广阔。

Abstract:Aiming at the operating requirements of the mine hoists being used under the switching mode of industrial power grids and generating sets, a mine-hoist variable frequency control system based on Siemens S120 four-quadrant converter configurations of brake units and braking resistors are presented. The whole system switching logics, configurations and practical applications are analyzed. The system not only satisfies the requirements of the mine hoists of fully saving energy and fully reducing consumption, but also ensures the safe and reliable ability of the mine hoists under the emergency power supply of the generating sets. The system has been widely used in practice and has well application prospect.
