新型扁平驻极体微电机

摘    要:经典驻极体电动机.由于输出力矩非常小,在宏观领域很难发挥自身的优势。随着人们对微观领域的研究和探索,驻极体电动机可被作为微驱动器应用于微机电系统。通过对经典Gubkin型驻极体电动机进行结构改造,提出了一种扁平驻极体微电机的模型,它具有经典驻极体电动机无法比拟的优点。

Abstract:Classical electret motors(EM),was not be used in fact extensively because of its very small output torque, so it could not exert his superiority in micro domain. With people's developing study and probe in micro domain, electret motors could be applied in MEMS as microactuator.. We obtained the compressed electret micromotors by improved the structure of classical Gubkin EM,it have many merit that classical electret motors did not have.
